To participate in PTA-sponsored events and programs, every student must complete a family waiver and photo release. You only need to complete this once for the entire year. If you have already completed it for this school year, there is no need to do it again. In order for any student or family member to attend any PTA-sponsored event, this form is required to be completed.
We are always happy to comply with family preferences regarding privacy. Please let us know if you would like to keep images of you or your children private and would rather not participate on any social media posts (communication@wcapta.com)
